
I opened the box, took a quick look, and put them away for winter. I ordered an alternate pair which arrived fairly timely. I was able to secure a refund on the lost boots, but I could not get a replacement because they were now out of stock.

One arrived fairly timely and the other never showed up. After years of purchasing from them, this will be my last purchase. Customer service is ridiculously incompetent and stubborn. They still are refusing to accept fault for not shipping my complete order and are not planning to refund me for the dress that was missing. I responded that I reported the issue on the day that I received the box and that it was their mishap for shipping it late. Customer service responded that I should have reported the issue within the first 30 days. I again replied and informed customer service that no one stole the package…it was just missing an item that was not shipped. I received a second email stating that I need to contact my local police department to report theft.

I contacted customer service again to make an inquiry on why I was not being refunded for an item that was not shipped. Today, I received an email stating that the refund was not approved.

I contacted customer service immediately and the representative stated that they would submit the information. Instead, when I opened the untampered package, it contained only two of the three dresses. Received most of the items in a reasonable time but got a box on Janu(over 5 weeks post order date) with the last portion of the order which should have contained 3 dresses. Dishonest company, incompetent customer service
